this is personal and dependent on your current comfortability with creativity and/or journalling, as well as if you currently have practices in your life for these.
for example: if you are new to or uncomfortable with the idea of being creative, but have a journalling practice that works for you - you may benefit most from the 4-week creative practice workbook (and vice versa).
maybe you are new to both creativity and journalling, or want to deepen your current relationship with them - and then the one month to SELF may fit best! you can always reach out with questions via my contact form.

these workbooks are self directed and designed to fit into one month, four weeks timeframe. you can start at anytime, however i do recommend beginning at the start of a new month as this can help with structure.
it's normal to find yourself straying from something new, so if you don’t finish it right away or stray from the 4 weeks - be kind to yourself. these are made so that you can start over or come back, again!

women today are overloaded and expected to handle it all, and often put ourselves last. combine that with adhd and.. well, you know.
while i do feel it is important to stick to commitments we make to ourself, i do not want this to be another thing on your list. my workbooks are intentionally structured so that you can fit them into your daily life, are not intensive, and are flexible with time commitment.
plan to spend between 5-30 minutes daily for the month, BUT if you have a day where it doesn’t happen - breathe, and keep going.
